We send an invoice before your booking. Payments can be made via cash, card (online via Stripe), or bank transfer upon request. One-time and end-of-lease cleans require prepayment. Regular clients can pay on the day or by prior arrangement. Airbnb clients have a 7-day account.

We provide all necessary cleaning equipment and supplies. If you prefer specific products or equipment, feel free to leave them out for the cleaner. You can also request 100% Green Eco products.

This is entirely up to you – you can be there for the service, let the cleaner in and leave, or even not be there at all. You are more than welcome to provide access to your cleaners by way of a key/lockbox.

If we are supplied with a key, they are securely held and coded.

Yes, it's safe. We store keys securely onsite with reference codes, not personal details. Alternatively, you can use a key safe and provide us with the code.

After booking confirmation, you'll receive an email with the date and time of arrival. There may be an arrival window. If this doesn't work for you, let us know to ensure we meet the agreed time.

We value all feedback. If you're not satisfied, contact us immediately via email or phone with details and photos. We offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee and will provide a re-clean within 24 hours or at a convenient time.
